Shipping is calculated by Paypal when you place your order.
Shipping prices are per address. We collect sales tax for the
state of North Carolina at 7%. Tax is calculated on purchase
price plus S/H.
If you want to ship books to multiple addresses we will need
to charge you shipping for each address. In this case you
